ONLINE Afternoon Reset with Kristine Pregot

Breath Work + Yin Yoga

Join Kristine on Mondays at 4:30-5:45 pm for her afternoon reset class that will include dynamic breath work, yin yoga, and mantra meditation and ends with a mini dance party! 

The breath work will help support mental agility, expand your lung capacity and reset your nervous system into a sense of calm and connection. 

We will then move into deep yin + restorative yoga, stretching our bodies and moving through any stagnant energy and we will nourish the body with deep breathing. We will work with affirmations and bring a sense of comfort to all of the cells in our body, as we stretch. 

We will include a meditation for peace and healing. The class will end with a mini dance party to raise your vibration and set your evening and week off with JOY!
