Private sessions are a great way to build a strong foundation to then continue your practice at home or in a group class. Sessions can be scheduled at your convenience with one of our talented teachers on staff.

SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA
Semi-private yoga classes are designed to meet your needs and goals, still giving personal attention while reducing the price of a private session. These sessions can be booked with a friend or we can match you with another student with similar goals.
