It's so important to feel balanced on an everyday basis, especially at work. But in today’s fast-paced and uncertain world of unexpected challenges and expectations, it’s easy for our minds and bodies to become overburdened. Wellness Wednesdays[Wellness in the Workplace] is an initiative to support overall health and well-being, and promote work/life balance. By using tools such as breathwork and meditation, which increase mindfulness and better handle stress, we can help harmonize the mind and body and create a more balanced environment at work and at home. This is especially true due to our current situation, where work and home have blended together.
