This online class will be devoted to the healing practices needed for this time. Drawing from the pure lineages of Sukshma Vyayama and Naam Yoga, we will focus on powerful breath sequences, postures and exercises for the lungs, heart, digestive, immune, and nervous systems to release toxins and blockages and bring increased strength, vitality, and clarity. Each class concludes with relaxation and a mantra or breath meditation.
All levels are welcome. Modifications will be given for those who may require them.
